Yeah the energy body is key. With the position I am now in I can intend llike a dash or a jump. With my awareness I can form an intent and have the body just do it. Its really my attention that swoops and dives toward the goal as an action and does it. The position of doing as I know it to be. I just think of what i want to do and let the moment take care of it, or rather let the energy body just do it. The thing is working with the unknown gives you trust to have blind faith. Having faith in your ability to do something enables you to do it well. Working with the nagual lets you act in ways you didnt even known you could before and lets you jump right in.
