Come ye come all, lets talk sorcery

I'm a newbie in Sorcery, i'm yet learning the meaning some concepts, but it looks like that sorcery is seeing reality as truly it is, and also how work with the real forces of reality.

But probably is more deep than that

I also like the idea to tell the intent to show me it happening...how one do that? " i want my body fit ( or heathy), and i want see it happening" its like that? I sometimes have doubts about the way i can tell, or maybe i just think too much
