I've always known I have a low-tolerance for arrogant leaders. Anyone I've ever had issues with falls into that category. It's like nails on a chalkboard for me--to witness a role being selfishly managed. I don't have to control the how--I don't get picky about that. I want leaders to look out for the well-being of those they lead; to understand their impact and not to deliberately put their followers at a disadvantage.
