this post is great, i liked the descriptions very vivid and beautiful.
just wondering how you learnt to astral project? i mean did you follow a specific method, i imagine theres lots of people trying to tell you how to do it and i try not just search the internet cos its a minefield
also, i think there must be a difference between astral and don Juan's dreaming, it seems to be two different fields from what i have read. can you elaborate on that?
