I wonder how to do the symbolic death.
There is a tradition where one digs ones own grave and the gets buried alive for one night.
Maybe Sun dance is the same too?
Going to the place of no pity. How to learn to go there?

The symbolic death is used to lose the human form. Dig the grave but without the preparation you'll just like in your own piss. Place of no pity is an ap that a nagual being must be able to live in for most of their life or access when it is time for survival.
The recap is harder the longer the walk, do it while your young is my suggestion.
