For me Symbolical Death is act of forgetting;leaving behind, turning an old and framed sheat of paper into dust, everytime I come through symbolical death is like heartfreeing respite.
Everytime someone speaks about it I get a flash of Phoenix.
I heard about North Indian practise of symbolic death, almost drowning one's self in a bathtub and withholding as long as possible through the contractions of lungs, I blacked out one time doing this,
also I have heard about very ancient Southern Indian practise by drowning one's self in symbolical yet heartfelt tears rof inevitability, my friend from Russia use method consisting of using words and driving on the intent of "*** you/this".
