Thanks for responding I think i was reminded of something related but tangental actually. I read what i wrote again during the day and it seemed loopy to me. It must have been between 2-4 am.
Has anyone else noticed that at different times of day things types of thoughts are easier? When i wake i check on news, latter in the day its more forward looking things like tracing global events in the future or thinking about times past, and after midnight its always more esoteric. Evening mind is better able to read the output of 3am mind, and early self just glazes over. Enough derailing of your thread
