dreamgirl, i think foraged food is power food esp. when on a shaman walk(hee hee--i forgot when i started calling it power walk that that is what people call
that funny looking excersize walk)--especially powerful for me is the eating wild plants--i've done it every season for 6 or 7 years i bet their energy is
better without all that dumestication--did you know that lots of breeds of domestic chickens wont even get broody enough to incubate their eggs? domestication
has slammed motherhood and nature hard, no wonder so many of us have mother wounds, anyway wild plant energy is good--i recommend getting familiar with some if
you haven't already. Thanks dreamgirl.




Grandspeculator --thanks for the recommendations--i've seen enough of your posts to realize their value. I think i remember reading a post you made last
year regarding kriya yoga and Yogananda(cant remem. his whole name) i was reading his autobiography at the time--it's a miracle that this small town
library had it. it was an awesome book. I hope Power brings you back for future posting. Giving fixed postions the shift is the way.
