I recommend meditating on your nagual-body as an archetype, looking for its personality first. This is the simplest bridge between your Tonal/Mind-self and
the Nagual/Heart-self. Don't be surprised if it has qualities that are strange and unexpected. The heart of a sorcerer is an unknown entity, you can
think of it as the mysterious tenant of a haunted house. It's what brings you to sorcery. That may sound like a biased opinion, but, in reality it is a
pragmatic instruction. You could also tell yourself, each nigth before you go to bed, "I want to see my nagual self." Like I've said before,
everybody has the nagual within them, but in some people it is transcendent and alluring to others. It's something that the whole of your being can get
behind, even that of others.
