The breath exchange, from some reason, reminded me of an experience i had with a plant))
We had a plant with my boyfriend. Once, as i sat in bed watching tv my hands started burning and i felt an irresistible desire to go to the plant and put my hands on it. So i did went to it, i almost hugged it and i put my forehead on one of its leaves. The mental image that came was strong: a white substance began concentrating from the roots of the plant and passed through the whole plant, up to the leaf i had my forehead on and it continued through my third eye and moved through my body down to my feet and earth.
I felt it as a great gift))) as if.. we became one, as if it gave me some of its essence..of its identity.
As for shapeshifting in dreaming, once i did shapeshift into the animal i fear the most on level of phobia. i woke up after that dream in a silence that kept me between dream and reality. The silence was broken after a while by my crazy laughter over my phobia)) "How is it possible to be afraid of what i am?"
I do think though that this particular dream was not shapeshifting but a therapeutic session))
Thanks for bringing the breath thing to our awareness LoneWolf.
Artnwere... beautifull))
