Science can't explain anything. It is the practice of describing what is observed, using hollow laws and the limited perception of the Tonal Agreement. Here is a picture I took.

The color is the result of her spiritual and physical condition, relative to that well. This well is the will. Personal power. Her "Spiritual Stomach".... if you will. It processes the energy that feeds the luminous bubble. It expels the heavy energy. The rate it is functioning at determines the color she manifests. Yellow is the pure color, but that is very rare.
