Ok so my story goes like this.
Many years ago, not long after having started yoga, I started to feel things in my body.
Basically, I felt like layers of energy where coming out of me. Like membranes of energy.
In Yoga, masters describe the human energy field like an onion,
they say it has layers and claim that one goal of yoga is to go to the center of this onion.
They also say that karma is contained in these layers, layers that peel with practice.
A couple of years ago, I started to feel fibers coming out of my body.
Sometimes its a cluster of fibers, sometimes its long strings or webs.
Most come from my head and arms. Sometimes I cough them up...
I really feel them, I can stroke them with my fingers.
What do you think Wolf.
I wonder why I`m so sensitive, why do I feels strange things like that.
Am I getting rid of negative fibers inside me, like recapitulation does?
