I dont think anything or anyone is attacking me.
I could be a cranial plate problem, a disalignment of the skull bones.
Yesterday, for no reason, my skull cracked with a loud ''CRACK''. And it did some good.
Hey Blue,
Could be just energy gathering in the wrong place or too much in one place. Try circulating energy from the top of your head down one side of body and up the
other side. Do it several times a day while meditating. It may help.
Years ago when I did a lot of meditating on the "Point" (top of the head) I actually began developing a soft spot in that place on my skull and my
hair was dying there. It has since closed back up but my hair is much thinner now but that is a different story.
You could be overusing certain areas of the brain as compared to others. It could result in too much energy gathered in one place for too long.
I too get twitches and energy movements in certain places on or just inside my skull from time to time but just observe it. It is interesting. When you get
into meditation and similar practices you can get all kinds of physical sensations that are not normally felt. It can be nothing more than new areas of the
brain or body waking up. We were always taught to just observe and let it go by. I wouldn't sweat it.
