If you want you can sustain your attention to any possible or even unpossible energy or thing and associate it with certain feelings and images alias dreams, but I believe that there is no need to see phantoms, shadows and other horrible creatures, in reality every energetic structure same as IBs or Organic human is in fact predator it want to grow and by that fact its need more power to maintain itself for maintaing its dream and for maintaing itself in the infinity, if you want to see phantoms you made a decision and you trust the opinion that something horrible exist. I dont believe that anywhere exist evil I believe that there is only energetical structure that wants energy, and you can even laugh to phantoms and associate to them good energy as laugh longens life. or you can decide to not see them if have associated fear to them, but any beign in universe uses his energy to feed on other energies same as we eat animals, its a natural selection and a way how the evolution goes, the sorceric trick is to acknowledge it and move ourselves to more and more energy to get energized by every word or act we do, to be more and more infinity and by that fact we can learn to fly by infinity in which we already are, as the time fluctuates into eternity as the universe expands and mostly importantly as we human and our energy expands by every second we live. If you dont believe that something gives you energy you associated with it bad feeling that you think are bad and that stucks your inner dialogue in place, the warrior must acknowledge this power and use any mean necessary to power himself more and more for his quest and goal of journey that never ends. But we as humans I believe we all want to laugh and love, thats my personal opinion.
