One way is to setup dreaming. Most ppl when they lie now for the night get into a comfortable position, close their eyes and fall asleep. The first half of the night is never remembered and the second involves a series of dreams which may become lucid. These latter half dreams can be beneficial and often are. Yet the warrior needs to access the dreams they have in the first half. One way is to lie on your back with eyes closed. Keep seeing with your eyes in the darkness. A sorcerer can use this type of seeing to have visions and see others they can intend on. Often one will see a eye or a bright light. At this point a dreamer should intend their dreaming journey and say it in their mind the intent such as " I want to dream with lions". The eye is your seeing mind. The light is your assemblage point. A dreamer uses the eye to see things and the ap to setup dreaming. This setup dreaming occurs in the first half of your sleep. Try to see me for example with your new darkness vision mind's eye. Often you will see the person looking back at you which can be their double. The more you practice this the more you will gain in dreaming.
