To do this in others minds, you must first tell people they have a problem, then go further to explain what that problem is and how to fix it. This will raise self-doubt in their mind and you feed that constantly, reinforcing the behaviors you're seeking to enforce. Eventually, with continued application and constant pressure, you will have people who will not question you.
