I wrote myself a note to mention this. Hopefully not off topic, as carlosoracle seems like that; a big Raspberry!
Genero would show his ass to Carlos as a kind of op-ed. That has stuck with me. Too many of us are too HEAVY, and it blocks Spirit, as I interpret it. Obsessions. Anal Retentive. Passive-Aggressive.
What led me to this comment is that I noticed that, generally, after 'Second Ring of Power' ,Genaro disappears from the story. When he is mentioned, there is, at least to me , a negativity. He is usually described as Asleep or Uninvolved.
Carlos was afraid of Genero, according to his own account.
So, it is likely that he would avoid thinking about him.
Who wouldn't, among us average humans?
But, our issue is to rise beyond such petty fears, is it not?
Hah! Muslims Muslims and Terrorists. Right?
I guess that is what draws me to the Warrior. I was raised so Bourgeousie (sp) , so weak and trembling. The whole USA is like that now, blinded by Consumerism and all this focus on other people: Paris Hilton!

Really, the point is that Genero, and don Juan, could laugh at this Pomposity of modern society and all its so-called advancement.
