To get the best results take something to make you feel different like pot or other natural things that give you a shift from your normal attention like after
watching the TV show "Two and a Half Men". LOL
Turn off all the lights to maintain total darkness and this is the hard part really because you will find that there are forces that will prevent this from
happening as you will clearly see, its hard to get total darkness so you will have to go to extremes to attain this condition even if it means going in a room
like a cellar or a very big closet and shut off your "internal dialog" and focus what you see in total darkness.
Have a clear mind without having expectations like--Where is it--and let the natural flow of your perception unfold.
I don't know about you but I instantly start to see my dreaming colors and see the F.E. manifesting to try and keep you from knowing this.
