it seems that living hard and destroying yourself is a step toward death.. wheras yoga and taichi and veganism is a step away from death!
sure you will live longer.. but these things turn you into a glib, pathetic loser.. its obvious...
the ONLY way.. once old age has set in.. to challeneg death is to get suicidal... suicidal quick, suicidal slow and ratios between....
LOOK to the future.. and take 5 aspirin... (its fine)
Look to the future and take 40 aspirin (its not so fine)
phone an ambulance..(its fine again)
the future and death.. are closeley linked and a study must be made into your position within its flow...
