I've done the very thing LW talks about in his lead post, but LW is better at it, is showing me about it. To be aware of being in two places means you are accessing both your physical and energy body at the same time. That would give you a third awareness.



Have you ever seen a visual appear in front of you? I call it dreaming awake. I would say thats your dreaming body you were accessing at that moment, whilst being in your physical body and using it's eyes too.
