How do I access the Nagual?

Arnway, I'm not familiar with emissary, can you speak more on that? Don't know much about foreign energy or inorganic beings either--don't think it
is a flyers but that isn't the only F.E. I guess. I don't notice any energy drain when this has happened, more like a feeling of energy gain when I
have felt it while listening to music for instance, but I can't say for sure . I don't know if I know how to bring about that open state while at the
same time have my deep personal gaurds from the heart up and yeah gotta watch that greed for power, that **** can go to my head. It may be that my heart is
gaurding me I'm not sure how to tell. Any methods for bringing that protection in or way of knowing when the heart is protecting? I have wondered a couple
of times when posting here if it could be me sensing someone from the group who is on at the same time or is thinking of me.
