re: it lives in your spine Is this why, after an intense yoga practice of backbends, I feel so good? And empty? After such a session, I notice I feel really calm and peaceful and my mind is quiet. The effects last anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days, and its a drag when the internal chatter starts up again. Do you think a serious yoga practice--serious meaning daily, preceded by meditation and chanting--is effective in chasing off flyers? It seems to me it is--or are the flyers fooling me into believing so?
