The power of silence is our way to defeat the parasite of our mind.
That true - it cut it right of after a few minutes, most of the time. Sometimes its stronger or weaker.
I don't know if there is a flow in the way the 'attacks' comes.
As read , and I must agree , Love is total , serious, impeccable (!) devotion devoid of schemes , needs , profit. The best example is a student at
university. What is the purpose , the goal. Is it to please parents , or to become rich? That is not love. Love is the enjoyment of a thing , or of learning
merely for the sake of it. Therein lies true progress and a healthy mind.
