The Mystics of old would create these places from the ethers in dreaming and retire in meditation, it cut out the loud hum of humanity sounding on the earth plane. It's very noisy, you know.
Same as if one were to go and spend a few days high up in the mountains you would find that Meditation is easily accomplished. If one has any doubts about that, when it is time to go back home and you desend the mountain, nearer to the base you can hear the loud hum of humanity, the haste and confusion and the atmosphere feels thick. It will take some time to adjust to it.
