thanks for the info on the rings and the tips on getting to the more fluid level you speak of. can you describe to me the qualitative differences between it and the phase just before it?
some years back i was trying different dream exercises, learning to journey, and had several dreams in a row that started as a regular dream then passed through a buzzing sound into what might be described as a more fluid level. i could stay aware that i was dreaming easily so it went on a long time, sometimes i could toggle in and out of the dream to an awake state then back into the same dream, I went through the tunnel and then did an instant replay, sometimes i saw people in my room with me, one visited several times and did Reiki on me or something.
encountered other people in this fluid level? animals? have you ever heard of the buzzing thing before?
