Elvana,
The approach to the second attention is not subtractive.... the nature of the first ring of power is divisive, or subtractive, in that the user does not see him/her self as being at-one with power. Thus, psychotropics and rituals are used to attempt to manipulate power. The 'will' is used and this a 'forced manipulation' of power. This is not pure intent; it's a 'reflection' of intent, technically reflecting from the pineal gland to the gonads. I call it the power of the tonal.
By contrast. inclusiveness is the manifestation of the Eagle's intent. It is known as the 'Eye of the Eagle'. When one acts with inclusiveness, one sees power and acts to facilitate it's movement. This is unconditional love, meaning that one has accepted the Eagle's commands as one's own commands. In truth, we are all individual units of the one life and upon realizing this, we are compelled to acknowledge the inter-relationship of all life!
