Negative Ions as Spiritual Fuel

what worked for me was having this artificial waterfall. It was a stone that looked like a little volcano cause it had a hole inside and water would be pumped up and out, fall on some stones (that were in a basin around the big stone with the hole) and then get sucked back up up and out . That was great, but the pump is broken and I haven't found a replacement... But have to say that in terms of effect that was best .

What is this ionizing sheet you speak of? How does it work?
(I tried googling for such a product but didn't find anything so maybe you can explain - give a link etc?)
