What is this ionizing sheet you speak of? How does it work?
(I tried googling for such a product but didn't find anything so maybe you can explain - give a link etc?)
sorry I should have said grounding sheet. it just connects your body to ground and the earth does give off negative ions.
I actually stopped sleeping with it every night because I just read the eagle's gift and apparently that kind of thing can interfere with dreaming depending what what you are trying to do.
