When we have endured specific tests and trials of the Nagual, which manifest as various forms of adversity in tonal life, we reach a point where we are rewarded with an initiation of omens. During this initiation, we undergo a transformation as the natural result of our cumulative inner work. With each installment we transform ourselves further than the last. We are gradually attaining the permanent divine inner states of true Nagualism.
Omens are substantial occurrences and encounters that take place in the higher dimensions. And an warrior receives many rewards for his or her sacrifices leading to this crossroads. As we make these sacrifices within our lives, it can be painful. The rewards of the Nagual are both our incentive and our bonus for the great sacrifices we make a grasp of what we are fighting for. These rewards could be advanced faculties of Astral Projection, Intuition or Clairvoyance. As we move forward, we are also introducing true sensations of sobriety and peace within. In short, the prizes for our efforts gradually permit our metamorphosis into a divine, spiritual being that has changed itself.
The nagual gives then powers.
They are not received physically, although they are repercussions of the transforming work that the warrior carries out in his or her daily life. And the major changes within the warrior are certainly a palpable reality to him or her. Its presence is felt in their physical life. Even though people around an person may well sense a difference in character, it will never be a true indication of the bliss that the warrior is patiently acquiring within. Only an a person on this path can experience it.
There is more to life than a career, family and retirement. We can experience more than we are aware of. However, no one can ever undergo this amazing Path through another's experience. We must take it up ourselves.
