Yes, in the latter books he simply exchanged the soul for "energy body" and the demons for "inorganic beings".
But thats a mere phenomenology/hermeneutics, a mere syntax, a maneuver.
Or was it his intent what was "bad" ?
In the classical thought CC has destined as a "Moses", not reaching the promised land. So he did something as a sorcerer in the end. He was not evil being alive, causing sorrow. It was not he who is to blame. For speaking with that other Indian, nor for living a boheme life-style in L.A., on Pandora avenue.
But after his dead, its a pure Ancient Mexico whats left :-))
And You dont need to be hijacked by the sorcery of ancient Mexico boys and girls..
