The Double (condensed version from SR)
#4
That's great. Finally, company... You saw yourself like Genaro did. I never have yet, just other people seeing me.
I wanted to talk to you Arrano a little more about your hunting trip double experience.
A friend of mine saw her husband do a similar thing. He was working on a car with a friend and she was on the porch of the house. Their little daughter was playing in the dirt of the yard.
Suddenly the friends pit bull became enraged and started charging at the little girl full speed. The distance between the father and the little girl was about 200 feet (according to the mother's report) The dog started his assault-charge at a much closer range. The wife was too far as well to apprehend the dog in time. She got her husbands attention who, she says, as soon as he turned to look at what was happening, simply vanished from where he stood at the car and appeared 200 feet away between the charging dog and his daughter. The dog arrived an instant later and the husband began kicking it in the head to keep it of his girl.
Bear in mind that these two are the most red-necked salt of the earth types that would NEVER believe anyone else reporting such a thing. But she tells the story in a hushed voice to this day.
Did you experience a thought of will? What was that like? That is what seems to be lacking in my experience. Yours was one of willing yourself back and forth between camp and the water where you collapsed. This man moved himself bodily across a distance of 200 feet in less than an instant. It really does give support to the report of Castaneda's that one can transport oneself physically using the double. This really does boggle the mind and challenges the laws of physics. And now: back to your regularly scheduled (de)programming...
