Hi there Kit,
Short message for now, lot's of thunder and lightening so will turn off the computer shortly but tomorrow I will add to it.
Tips:
Put a book at the side of your bed,, a dream journal and before you fall asleep at night suggest to yourself that you will wake up and record your dreams during the night.
Most times by the time morning comes we remember hardly anything of the dreams we had. After a while it will happen automatically. Don't be too concerned that nothing is happening, just keep suggesting that you will wake up and record your dreams.
You can do the same thing about waking up in the mornings,, suggest to yourself that you'll wake up at 7.00 am on the dot and see what happens. Eventually you will have no need for an alarm clock. Same goes with the telephone, see if you can hear it ring before it actually rings.
Geeeeedd, I gotta close down this computer Kit. Talk tomorrow and .....
Sweet Dreams,
Su
