Audience does make a difference for my glorious storytelling skills. For that person, I'll add that our souls are infinite. We meet others at the level we've met ourselves. One cannot go outward without first knowing what is within. Inside first, outside second. In order to understand another's soul, one must first understand it in themselves.
I don't know why people struggle with the soul retrieval thing. It's just a matter of holding a space for the self. Like Serloco said many times: build a gourd. The soul will come if there is space for it to fill. One must have room in the mind and the heart for the soul to occupy. If we are already full, the soul must live outside the body. We must empty out some of our mind and heart to make room for the soul. Empty meaning becoming more flexible or fluid in cognition and emotions.
I'm willing to share more depending on the audience. If that person wants more of an explanation they are invited to post here
