Kao, I like how you go into what home is in the thread you made after you posted here. For others, the thread is: Home is

Home is something that we want to get/return to. What I am exploring here right now (sharing a part of the journey) is HOW Smile

The states of before my first dragonfly dream encounter and after the Any Dream Will Do song (so the first and last post in this thread) are different. And the transformation is described in a certain way. It is likely that this way cannot be replicated, surely not in its exactness. But it gives certain hints and certain things that will be similar no matter which specific path one takes (though probably many things cannot be identified by those who have not embarked on this journey, something in us knows nevertheless). The gratefulness was inevitable because I felt the shift and that I came a little but significant step closer. It is a state that does not go away, does not fade. It is like a new stepping stone.

----
Many things are converging for me atm. One example:

Among my first shamanic journeys into the middle world was one about fish that swam up stream. In short (just describing what I saw, not the context of my intent or what I concluded from it or any communication that transpired): I met up with my ally - Bear. I followed Bear to a river. Bear showed me the fish and how some of the fish are swimming upstream. Later, I remembered that salmon are the fish who do this - swim upstream. They swam with more force, obviously, and from time to time they'd jump from the water to make a leap. The other fish continued downstream and would eventually come to the end of the river - the sea. The one's going up would come to the beginning of the river - the source of it.
Bear was showing me these two ways of hmm, well, being/ living.
One of the salmon fish sprang up. Bear caught it mid-flight, took a big juicy bite and chewed. This was kinda unexpected hehe.

At some other point in my life I encountered stuff that returned me to this first journey and it gave me a fuller sense of it all. I was amazed then how our past experiences can grow with us - continue to have relevance and still have things to show and teach us.

The past month I have been looking into myths, legends and fairy tales. I was looking at creation and origin myths, among other things. I was also checking on some specific versions that have been made into animated videos. I found, without really looking for that specifically, a story about how salmon take the advice of bear to swim upstream to find their home (and I am not going to go into details how two weeks before this a white/crystal bear sculpture caught my eye and how after some other prompt I looked into the qualities of this ally).

I will not spoil the story, but those who will check it out (or at least read the title heh) will find out how it comes full circle to the stuff I wrote about in the thread here Smile. You might not see all the stuff I see (cause I did not introduce it that well hehe) but some of it will be visible for sure Smile. It is like a story that links my beginning journeys to my latest journeys, while keeping certain other aspects quite precise. It is kinda cool when one finds stuff like that... and it is just floating around the www Big Grin.
