A power spot for me is a place that has to be discovered on an individual basis. OR spots found through seeing, where warriors, shamans, or sorcerers have performed sorcerous acts on a regular basis, and such sites would be rather secret (don't tell hippy wannabe shamans on the internet about them). There are certain mountains known through folklore to be where brujos have jumped from peak to peak, at night they appear as balls of light.
Obviously there are all the Toltec and Olmec sites - those that have chac-mools (which we know to be depictions of dreamers now) are obvious locations although they might hold some rather dark energy as well.
