I agree hawkeye crow, a silent mind is key, sometimes I find my mind gets quiet when it is curios without any expectations (not thinking the worst) of an
experience, for example, the day I was walking and the crow followed me, I was wondering why or sort of waiting to see what it wanted or had left me silently
waiting for the answer, I got the vibe it was hungry and cold and it was plain watching me. who knows, I find myself trying to tune in though.
Over the summer a snake was in front of my porch and went under the mat, at first I wanted to stomp on it but I sensed it was afraid of something so i left
alone thinking it would eventually go, which it did, I showed it to my kids and in a strange way I think they sensed it too, I guess it is the instinct silence
brings.
