BBird, look to your dreams, any animals there? Years ago, a black and white spotted leopard was in my dreams, and this is not how I would typically picture a
leopard. It would chase me, etc. Then, in one dream it got to me, I knew I was a goner, but, it just came up to me placed its' giant paw on my leg, as I
was sprawled out on the ground in what I thought were to be my last moments, it looked at me with such kindness and love, then I woke up in dreaming. Ever
since I have considered that leopard as a power animal, and I guess it waits for me in some other attention. There is also a momma Grizzly bear with two cubs
that has been in my dreams for years, I have not made enough progress on the path to integrate her yet and claim her for a power animal.
Here is something that I did, and I have been wanting to suggest it to you, but I hesitated and did not mention it on our other posts about walking. Five years
ago I got to wanting another dog, a bigger one than the ones I already had, for protection on my walks. I knew enough about letting my ego pick the dog, so I
decided to ask Power to send me a dog, and I promised that I would not go rushing out and adopt one in the meantime. So, I would go walking, and I would focus
on using my Personal Power to bring me a dog, and now I am remembering that I was testing the waters to see if I had any personal power, anyway, I would walk
and try to draw a dog to me using intent, and nothing happened for the longest time, months, and then one day on my walk as I was focusing, an image popped up
before my eyes, sort of in my head too, but unlike imagination, it was a square tv like screen, and I saw my dog - just like a silent video clip - and it was a
Black Lab with a Red Collar. My first thought? Oh god, not a lab! They are very hard to manage for the first 2-3 years, being giant puppies who mouth
everything. I had wanted a German Sheppard, very easy to train. So, I knew what was coming, I just didn't know when. So, almost exactly one year later(from
when I first started this), my father-in-law calls me up and he had know I was wanting a dog, he says he found a puppy in the middle of the road (he knew the
mom dog was a stray to a neighborhood)and he brought it to me-that was July 2006. It was a black lab, and exactly like the one in my vision - I named him
Carlos, and I love him dearly! So, call to you a dog, and believe you me, you will always have pressure to go on walks!
