I was responding to your comment via the comment of Dreamways; I should have credited Dreamways with the initial comment. Yes, I understand you were asking a didactic question. My experience with the AP is that "belief" in the AP is an entry point to moving it. Unless you can move the AP, it really means little, if anything, if you believe in it and do nothing else with it. Action is always the name of the game!
