The question is if You have "seen" it, on the other persons physical luminous ball. You can see it for a short time from a dreaming past 3d gate. Have a read the chapter in the Fire from Within as they got their dreaming bodies spended/burned out by gazing for too long time periods, or got killed by the rolling force (drum) or simply burned, as they were doing it not from a dreaming position. this problematic.
The energy body is the unit performing the capacity, the seeing energy directly. Its done in the dreaming past 3rd gate, you just point to the object with intention to see energy. Its dangerous.
