I don't think what Casteneda put forth was definitive in any sense of the term. My dreams with Don Juan have indicated this to me as well... that there is no such thing as "The Way things are," It's Really: The MANY ways things are.

Everything you can think of is true. Just pick what your heart wants and go with that. Very simple, nothing more or less.
Take dreaming for example. My heart isn't into not being able to take a **** in dreams without holding the IBs hand. But my heart is into using dreams as a psychic human internet: sharing dreams and lessons with others, and using dreams a tool to guide my life to where my heart wants me to go. I used my dreaming to guide me to my soulmate, And I found her! That's a feat in itself. M heart wants me to share that with others help others get tools to use their dreaming in similar ways... and I did not once get a hand job from an IOB in the process.Agree with you Elias123 upon heart path and IOB. It seems to me that IOB plays with us a game "keep your friends close, but enemies closer''. Sometimes it's worth to play and also it's not worth to go with them into contracts...
