sorceric dreaming involves activating your inorganic energy. you have to travel to the inorganic world to accomplish this. that doesn't mean you have to keep going back and rely on them to hold your hand. as far as i know of, if you are a sorcerer - the inorganic beings will be around in your dreams, and they will also pull you into their own. you think your "choice" makes you stronger, but you're actually just giving the ibs what they want - letting them hang out in your energy without getting anything out of it. it's not like you get to choose if they ever come around you or not. all you have, as a sorcerer, is two choices: first - how aware do you want to be of your interactions with them, and second - once you reach your "critical mass" - how much do you want to do with them. yes, don juan cautions against relying on the inorganic beings. but he had to go through those steps like anyone else and then he made his choice. what he is talking about is that once he got what he needed, he didn't waste any more time with them than necessary.
What do you classify as Regular Lucid dreaming? To me regular lucid dreaming is simply Realising it's a dream. Very simple, nothing more or less. In order to have the dreams that I have, It must involve my dream body traveling. Isn't my dream body traveling above the technical definition of lucid dreaming? As don juan says, we always get tricked by words and their definitions.
regular lucid dreaming is waking up within a dream and then controlling the dream. it's not "simply realising it's a dream". if you're awake in a dream and dream you visit the moon, or france, or your dead relatives, you can still be at the first gate of dreaming. a person could spend a lifetime dreaming at the first gate and convince themselves of all of the things they've seen without actually doing much of anything in terms of power. what is it that makes you think your dream body is travelling? i don't see any indication that your dreaming body is moving at all, but maybe i'm not understanding.
for me the word Sorcery is a play on words. SOURCE-ery. We are infinite consciousness. all emanations from the same energetic source. Sorcery is simply being able to Tap into that source. Most western people believe that all dreams are is what goes on in our heads. But yet through dreams Anyone can be a sorcerer is they tap into The Source. through their dreams.
anyone can learn to lucid dream.
