After reading your posts I am beginning to see that when I insult others in a post it blinds them to any good thing I may have shared. In other words: If I am going to insult people in a post I might as well not write anything else because all they tend to see is the insult.

True...and you leave their ego no choice but to react in defense of that insult (and all the surrounding egos to jump to the defense of those they percieve receiving insult). It seems to be a pre-programmed facet of the human form...a survival mechanism...in which those who have not freed themselves (yet) from their lower form have no control over. However, it is a fine and dandy way to separate those who have done their work from those who only claim to have done their work.
