Now that we have all THAT squared away...either I'm dreaming or one of my posts got deleted. Oh well.
The topic remains the purpose of life. I like "supposedly", because on this topic it is all theory, and any one theory is as good as another. What is being attempted, imo, is understanding...the great question, "Why am I here?" along with associated questions, like "Who am I?", what happens, if anything, after death, and so on, have been asked it seems for as long as there have been humans.
Here's a link to a post which contains an excerpt from a book published in 1980 which, regardless of the questionable source of the information, I found helpful in achieving some understanding.
