Have you wondered if this was an experience of the mould of man?
After 20 some years since experiencing this vision, I have come to know that it is many things.
The Mould of Man? Maybe, if that means the pattern by which we were created to function as more than Natural mankind.
It speaks of God coming down to man, and of inheritance,.. The Tree of life and the Coat of Many Colors.
Jacob's vision of the ladder that reached from heaven to earth and the promise "to his seed" after him to inherit the land.
His realization that "Surely the Lord is in this place and I knew it not." "This Place" being wherever we happen to be.
The "land" being that awareness.
His "seed" Joseph's actual wearing of the vision that Jacob had.
Joseph's growing in power and awareness down in Egypt (obscurity) and the promise of his eventual reunion with the brothers. (the Totality of ourselves)
The growing consciousness of "Christ in us, the hope of glory", the "Mystery hidden from generations and ages", growing inside of us also in obscurity, (Egypt.)
The promise of the birth of Manassah and Ephraim (Wisdom and Understanding) to the awareness that is Joseph.
The realization that Jesus is our brother and that we are fellow heirs with him.
The promise to Nathanael that he would see "angels ascending and descending upon the son of man."
The tongues of flames resting on the disciples at Pentecost.
The baptism of air, in that it came as a rushing and mighty wind.
The promise of the baptism of fire to come.
The promise of the return of Joseph in the New Jerusalem as one of the Gates which are one pearl in the wall surrounding that city.
That wall which is one Stone as Jasper, clear as Crystal.
When everything will be clear as chrystal.
And through that gate I will enter. There are twelve gates, but I think that one will be mine.
I am still learning from this vision and I wish that everyone could experience it, or something like it.
If not the vision, then the realizations that the vision has brought me.
The promises that it has brought to my attention and the fulfilment of those promises
And the promise of more to come.
Because even True Spiritual Vision is not as important as the realizations that it brings you.
All the best,
Bob
