Lex...sorry took me so long to answer, these days I haven't been online very much. What I wrote about the rule is a quick response and comes from previous inner investigation on the rule and how I as a western man should interpret it. I, too have been thinking of the subject unaware of this thread. Dreamways and I too have been having some discussion as well elsewhere.
The warrior's party.
I remembered when I did burn from within. When I died and what I saw or not saw and what I felt. Past the eagle lies infinity for all we know. Being this "Lone Wolf" as a warrior means living without the company of other warriors. My double knows otherwise and I would venture to say seeks forming the party over and above what my intent is. The reason for the party: To not be alone out there.
I believe I can "take" some with me but of course it would be better they take themselves with me. I believe in my heart I can "go past" the being that seers call the eagle. In truth, I believed I would find the others gone before me for "company".
The rule came to me when I was very young in an abstract way, I read it later in the E. gift and then knew what I had been shown. The warriors party part of the rule showed me what I needed to know: it can be done.
Thus to answer, I created this forum to find other warriors. The Ravenfield private forum was created as a forum to form a party ( dreaming school). This has been going on for years so there is the answer to your stalking dear Lex. Yes, I have actively seeked to form a party since 2001.
