Gonzo, I agree with you on the myth. It truly impossible to know if the past occurred! Even our own past becomes a myth. The myth is what guides us nonetheless.
As for your view on love, seems you are headed to nihilism. Watch out for that, once the apathy arrives its a real downer. If you drink beer this may be your way of dealing with it. So maybe you feel everything's ok, but take away your habits and...well, maybe you'll find you're not as far on the path after all. Same for me, I got habits I haven't been able to let go of. They provide comfort, take them away and I get upset. Such as if the computer won't start, lol. And I bet you would probably say you see no reason to not enjoy beer, and I'd say the same for what I enjoy doing...just if we could no longer do them, would we be okay with that? At first not, but then after a while we may say things are better without them? But I think its likely you will conclude your drinking beer is not a habit, but merely a pleasure. Yes, my habits are pleasure too...make life worth-while, its just I know it would be hard to make the adjustment if I could not do them on a regular basis.
You think, I know from previous posts, that without hate we could not know love. Personal love yes. I think its just you doubt universal love or compassion even exists. You think non-duality is without emotion, because emotions require dual exisitence. But the orgasm shows us different. First its how we were 'created' for this life (mythical perhaps), so we "started off" as an orgasm (important to remember ; ). Second, its non-dual pleasure. It erupts spontaneously. Its the mystery itself manifest. Embedded within its experience is the tasting of impersonal love. Crowley sought this.
