you said (pm) you reckoned the problem caused by a bogus paragraph - a paragraph ended without any text within the paragraph (between the and
).
this doesn't explain the squares of color .

ok: but how come all this change of code? i just clicked the tool bar above, never wrote any code! (i don't know the code language too - i know the
principals, not the specific tags).
also: i followed your advise to click colors from the right-most line in that check-box; but since there is no violet there, i experimented with clicking
violet - and also the pale shade of pink - from the middle of that check-box.
results: strong pink on a back ground pale square
could it mean anything else than that someone messes with my yuku user?
