that's funny. they seem to be concentrated
on the second attention, another of the pitfalls in that attention. when you mentioned being ib free in the sense of the shadow leaving temporarily, i would
consider this a dash of formlessness. the third attention, it seems so difficult, or did for me to leave the second cause i found it so engulfing and filled
with alternate views to all things. really for me it was quite fixating, obsessive sometimes. how would you contrast the fleeting third attention you
achieved to the second which you are obviously so familiar with? what happened to cause a shift to be bombarded again? this could really be helpful. i do
think avoiding them is a great attribute you possess, but as i mentioned the avoidance itself can become overemphasized creating a paranoia which they play
into. when you snuck by and achieved that third attention perspective, what was different? did you just pay them no mind?
