In the "Art Of Dreaming" a warrior must travel and visit their world as a required step to reach the next gate or development in reaching the full potential of the dreaming body and this comes from D.J. but the problem at that point is that they will entice you to join energy and I experienced this first hand and can attest to it but I knowing the advice from D.J. did not give in.
The secret to this in my opinion and something that I personally use is that I don't fear them but just acknowledge their existence and treat them like a stranger on the side of the road and even though they may want to get a ride or converse you know when to cut the connection before you are vulnerable.
I personally will not share energy with I.B. but you have to learn how to deal with them and what I do is wave good bye to them like a stranger on the road.

What baffles me is that D.J. had his I.B.'s in a little gourd around his waist and me knowing about I.B.'s you should not have to carry them around like objects because they are always here whether we like it or not.
