I don't know. It's CC's opinion about the courier when he wrote about her. Since he's recapitulating by making a book of his apprenticeship, maybe that's how he felt about her.
If there are exceptions, maybe it's because they're really good stalkers? I for one can be influenced by people. Just now my brother was annoying me and it got under my skin and it irritated me, up to a point of becoming angry at him but I tried laughing it off since it's all petty things.
By the way, there's something about you saying I'm a killer and all that. Does it all have to do with me doing boxing? In boxing it's an environment where people get violent. It's something I try to avoid when doing that sport but mostly people there are really friendly.
